Daniel R. Whitmore is an experienced trial attorney who has handled hundreds of personal injury and wrongful death cases. He is licensed to practice in both Washington and Oregon.

His expertise includes auto collision, premises liability, medical negligence, products liability, and dog bite claims.

An "Insurance Scam Buster", he works to expose and stop unfair and illegal actions by insurance companies. He has represented victims of traumatic brain injuries and the families of those wrongfully killed. On behalf of his clients, Mr. Whitmore has filed lawsuits against corporations, governmental entities and insurance companies.

Mr. Whitmore graduated with honors from the University of Washington School of Law in 1994. Prior to that, he worked as an investigator for the Seattle-King County Public Defender Association. He also did his undergraduate study at the University of Washington, graduating magna cum laude in 1990.

Washington Law & Politics magazine has proclaimed Mr. Whitmore to be a "Rising Star". He wrote a portion of the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association's deskbook on motor vehicle accident law, and has lectured on insurance law at continuing legal education seminars.

Mr. Whitmore is married and has three children. For recreation, he enjoys mountain and rock climbing.
